Hall of fame radio personality Bobby Rich, legacy station manager Jim Arnold, and local downtown champion Fletcher McCusker have collaborated to introduce a new Tucson owned-and-operated commercial radio station at 101.7FM and AM830. Known as The DRIVE, KDRI Tucson broadcasts round the clock from Scott and Broadway downtown. Geared towards appealing to the baby boomer demographic, which has been somewhat neglected by local radio, the station boasts a vast collection of over 2,000 songs. The unique format of the station is set to offer a distinctive listening experience that may stand out not just in the region, but possibly across the nation.
